The gardens and the orchards

With a lovely walkway of schist rock embedded in the grass and a lagar full of water that trickles through the orange groves, the orchard beneath the house is a cool and peaceful spot. In the garden the family that live permanently at Vesúvio, taking care of the house and the vineyards, grow vegetables and cereals. This is a rare piece of flat and fertile land next to the river.
